An Englisman in New York!
JOHN ESCREET classe 1984 inglese di origine vive attualmente a New York ed è un pianista dei più interessanti fra le nuove generazioni!
Escreet, con il suo fantastico Quintetto, David Binney sax alto, Ambrose Akinmusire tromba, Matt Brewer contrabbasso e Nasheet Waits alla batteria, sono l'ennesima dimostrazione che il jazz gode di ottima salute!
Consequences del 2008 e l'ultima produzione targata John Escreet Project e il prossimo giugno è prevista l'uscita del nuovissimo cd "Dont fight the Inevitable". Non perdete di vista questi ragazzi!! ;)
JOHN ESCREET, class 1984, born in Uk resides currently in New York and, is one of the most talented and interesting pianists among the new generations!
Escreet and the killin Quintet playing here with him, David Binney on alto saxophone, Ambrose Akinmusire on trumpet, Matt Brewer on bass and Nasheet Waits on drums tell us jazz music enjoy a very good health!
Consequences is the 2008 John Escreet Project's release and next June the brand new cd "Don't fight the Inevitable" is coming!
So don't lose sight of these guys!! ;)

This sound is incredible, the harmony of the piano notes are simply
beautifull.
The brass section is very well placed,
the drum sound is very good, he is very creative.
